The automatic production line of colored stone tiles is a special equipment for colored stone tiles independently developed by our technicians using advanced production technology with gas, electricity and machinery. The working speed adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation, and glue spraying, sanding and drying are completed at one time. This equipment has been tested and improved many times on the basis of long-term operation, and has the characteristics of high efficiency, stability, energy saving, steel welding, simple and easy operation. This equipment is divided into glue spraying and sanding section, primary drying section, surface glue section and secondary drying section, totaling 70 meters, which are reciprocated by roller chains. Glue spraying and sanding section: The main body is 160 type length: 4000MM; width: 1650MM; height: 2000MM Technical parameters: power supply 380V/50-60HZ total power: 4KW production speed: 4-10S/piece, controlled by inverter through PLC. The glue is sprayed into the automatic spray gun by a pneumatic airless sprayer, and then the motor drives the automatic spray gun to spray automatically and reciprocatingly.
The colored sand is poured into the feeding port and then stirred into the hoist through the mixing cage and lifted into the sand bucket by PLC. The drying section: the main body is welded by 160 steel square tubes, and the insulation is formed by 1.5MMM cold plate bending and filling with 140 high-density insulation cotton.
